Focused Support

A great fit if you need help with one specific question, document, or task.

Best for:

• Reviewing and helping you understand one IEP, evaluation, eligibility report, Prior Written Notice, 504 Plan, or other school document

• Reviewing and providing feedback on one parent-written email or letter

• Helping prepare a parent concerns statement

• A 45-minute strategy session

Standard Pricing: Starting at $50

The starting price applies to one clearly defined service. You'll know the cost before any paid work begins.

Prepared Advocacy Support

For families who need more than help with one specific task.

This level of support may include:

• Reviewing relevant records

• Understanding your concerns and goals

• Identifying and prioritizing issues

• Developing an advocacy strategy

• Drafting written concerns or requests

• Preparing questions

• Preparing you for the meeting

• Reviewing proposed documents

• Attending the meeting when appropriate

• Debriefing and determining next steps

Standard Pricing: Starting at $100

Meeting attendance is not offered as a stand-alone service.

Before I attend a meeting, I need time to understand your situation, review the relevant information, and properly prepare. This helps ensure you receive meaningful support and that your time and money are being used effectively.

Ongoing Advocacy Support

Some situations require continued support over time rather than one conversation or one meeting.

Support may include:

• Continued planning and strategy

• Reviewing new records and school communication

• Drafting and reviewing communication

• Preparing for multiple meetings

• Reviewing proposed changes

• Meeting attendance when appropriate

• Helping you determine your next steps as your child's situation develops

Pricing: Custom Pricing

We'll discuss the level of support you need, what services will be provided, and the cost before any work begins.

Dispute Resolution Support

When concerns have not been resolved through the school's regular process.

Support may include:

• Organizing records and evidence

• Identifying concerns

• Drafting formal written requests

• State complaint preparation

• OCR complaint preparation

• Mediation preparation

• Resolution meeting preparation

Standard Pricing: Starting at $150

Formal disputes vary significantly in complexity. We'll discuss the scope of work and cost before any paid services begin.
